Appeal writing
Appeals and plans of action written to the rubric reviewers grade.
Every platform grades appeals against an internal rubric: root cause, responsibility, remediation, prevention. Our appeal documents answer all four with evidence, in the format each platform's review team is trained to accept.

submission success is the goal
Most failed appeals fail the rubric, not the case.
A strong case sent as a weak appeal still loses. The failure patterns repeat across every platform: apologising without diagnosing, promising without proving, answering the wrong violation, blaming the platform, or writing 2,000 words the reviewer will never read. Reviewers spend minutes per file, and rubric-shaped documents win those minutes.
We write appeals the way they are graded. Root cause stated in plain terms the reviewer can verify, remediation documented with invoices, screenshots and timestamps, prevention shown as a control with a date, and the whole package sequenced for the platform's process: the right channel, the right length, the right evidence appendix. Whether it is an Amazon plan of action, a Stripe business review, a Meta policy appeal or a Google Ads specialist submission, the discipline is the same.
How it works
From first email to a decision.
What an appeal writing engagement includes
- Case intake and evidence inventory
- Real-trigger diagnosis against the platform policy
- Appeal, plan of action or corrective statement drafted to rubric
- Evidence appendix assembled and formatted
- Submission channel and sequence plan
- Two revision cycles if the platform returns the file
Documents are typically drafted within 2 to 4 business days of a complete intake.
Recovery, measured
The rejection patterns.
Failure analysis across rejected first appeals brought to Reinstate360. Almost every rejection is a document failure, not a case failure.
Why the document is the case
The reviewer never sees your account, your history or your intentions. They see a file: a citation, an evidence bundle and your written response. That file is the entire case, and a professional document turns a marginal case strong while a weak document turns a strong case marginal.
The first submission is also the cheapest. Every rejection narrows the options, invites harsher review and on some platforms burns appeal attempts entirely. Investing in the document before the first submission is the single highest-return move in any reinstatement.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
Can you write an appeal for a platform not on your services list?
Almost certainly. We have drafted for more than 60 platforms and marketplaces, and the rubric discipline transfers. If we do not know the platform's process, we will tell you before taking the case.
Do you guarantee the appeal will work?
No. The platform decides. What we guarantee is a document that answers the actual trigger with evidence, in the format the review team grades, filed through the correct channel.
What do you need from me to start?
The suspension notice, access to the account dashboard where possible, and the documents behind your version of events: invoices, supplier records, correspondence, timelines. Our intake lists exactly what we need per platform.
My appeal was already rejected. Is it too late?
Usually not. Rejection analysis is a standard entry point: we read what the reviewer said, identify what the file lacked, and rebuild the submission. A meaningful share of our wins are second and third attempts done properly.
