The fundamentals

What is account reinstatement?

Account reinstatement is the practice of getting suspended, disabled or restricted accounts restored on marketplaces, payment processors, social platforms and ad networks. It combines policy diagnosis, compliance correction, evidence documentation and appeals written the way review teams actually grade them. It is a professional discipline, not a form you fill in loudly.

Can any suspended account be reinstated?

No, and anyone who says otherwise is not being honest with you. Platforms decide. What we control is diagnosis, preparation and process: 87 percent of our eligible cases are reinstated, and we tell you before engagement if your case type is weak.

How long does reinstatement take?

Median reinstatement across our cases is 21 days from filing. Payment platforms often move in 1 to 2 weeks, marketplaces in 2 to 4, and complex multi-platform estates can run 6 to 8 weeks. Timelines depend on the platform, the violation class and the state of your documentation.

Do you guarantee reinstatement?

Never. Guarantees in this niche are a sales trick. We guarantee process: correct diagnosis, complete evidence, one well-built appeal through the right channel, and honest odds before you pay anything.

What platforms do you cover?

More than 60: Amazon, eBay, Etsy and Walmart among marketplaces; Stripe, PayPal, Shopify Payments and Wise in payments; Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube and Reddit in social; Google Ads, Meta Ads and TikTok Ads in advertising; plus the long tail from Airbnb to DoorDash.

Getting started

How do I know if my case is viable?

Run the free Suspension Check. It takes three minutes, needs no login and gives you an honest read on what happened and where you stand. If your case is weak, the check tells you that too, before you spend anything.

What happens in the first conversation?

We ask before we assume, within 24 hours of your message. You see the strategy first, with exact costs and an honest view of what is achievable. Your decision starts the work, with zero prepayment.

What do you need from me to start?

The suspension notice, what you have already submitted, account state you can see, and the documents behind your version of events: invoices, records, correspondence, timelines. Our intake lists exactly what we need per platform.

How fast can you start?

Standard engagements start within 1 to 2 business days of the signed NDA. Emergency cases are different: mark your message URGENT and the response team activates the same day.

My appeal was already rejected. Is it too late?

Usually not. Rejection analysis is a standard entry point: we read what the reviewer said, identify what the file lacked, and rebuild the submission. A meaningful share of our wins are second and third attempts done properly.

Suspension emergencies

My account was suspended today. What are the first 24 hours?

Contact us and mark the message URGENT. Containment comes first: evidence preserved, surviving accounts protected, funds freeze assessed. The appeal is deliberately not filed in the first hour, because a rushed first submission burns your best window.

Should I open a new account while appealing?

Almost never. A new account linked to a suspended one inherits the suspension and adds a genuine circumvention violation, which is the single fastest way to make a case unwinnable. We advise on clean separation only in specific situations, and we say so honestly.

My funds are frozen with the account. Can you get the money?

Yes, funds recovery runs in parallel with every reinstatement case: hold basis analysis, condition satisfaction, formal release demands and escalation. Median release after engagement is 31 days. $190M+ released to date.

My account was hijacked and then suspended. Can both be fixed?

Yes, and they must be fixed together. We reclaim ownership and appeal the enforcement with hijacker attribution in one case, because a recovered account with a standing suspension is not a recovery.

Confidentiality and pricing

Will anyone know we hired you?

No. An NDA covers the relationship from first contact. We never name clients in case studies or testimonials, and protecting the fact that you sought reinstatement help is part of the service.

Why are packages private instead of listed prices?

Every case differs in platform, violation history, documentation state and urgency. Publishing a flat price would be misleading. After the free Suspension Check you receive a personal strategy with exact costs, and you decide with zero prepayment.

What if you cannot help?

We tell you plainly, before you pay. If a violation is genuinely terminal or the platform's decision is final, we say so, and where options still exist, such as funds recovery or prevention, we tell you what each can realistically achieve.

Do you work with my lawyer or accountant?

Yes. Cases often benefit from coordinated legal and financial input, and we structure our documentation so your professionals can review everything we file on your behalf.
