Compliance audit
A compliance audit that finds the suspension before the platform does.
We audit your accounts against the policies that actually trigger enforcement: listings, claims, documentation, metrics and linked-account exposure. You receive a risk-ranked report with the fixes that matter most, before a reviewer finds them for you.
audits delivered since 2019
of audited accounts carried a suspension-level risk
week to the full report
Platforms do not audit you. They enforce on you.
Enforcement arrives without a syllabus. Amazon cites section 3 and related accounts; Stripe restricts on risk signals; Meta disables on policy families. Every one of those triggers existed in the account's data for weeks or months before enforcement, visible to anyone who knew where to look. Most sellers never look, because the account is working.
We look for a living. The audit walks the same ground a reviewer walks: listing and product claims against prohibited and restricted lists, invoice and supplier documentation trails, identity and KYC alignment, metrics against enforcement thresholds, linked-account and shared-infrastructure exposure, and the policy changes of the last two quarters that quietly moved the line. The output is a risk-ranked action plan, not a lecture.
How it works
From first email to a decision.
What a compliance audit includes
- Policy-by-policy review per platform and account
- Listing, claims and destination review
- Documentation and invoice trail verification
- Metric and threshold exposure analysis
- Linked-account and infrastructure risk mapping
- Risk-ranked written report with fix plan
The full report is delivered in about one week from complete access.
Recovery, measured
The findings that precede suspensions.
Finding frequency across anonymised Reinstate360 audits. Accounts can carry several suspension-level risks simultaneously; percentages overlap.
Why an audit is the cheapest insurance in e-commerce
The audit costs a fraction of one suspended week. For accounts with meaningful revenue, a single enforcement event typically outweighs years of prevention work. Sellers who have been through one suspension treat the annual audit the way businesses treat accounts: routine, boring and load-bearing.
Audits also protect the second-order assets: withheld funds, linked accounts and advertising history. The linked-account exposure finding, in particular, is the one that turns a single suspension into a portfolio cascade when ignored.
FAQ
Questions, answered plainly.
How is this different from account health monitoring?
The audit is a deep, one-time review that produces a fix list; monitoring is continuous watching that alerts when things move. Most clients start with the audit, then keep monitoring on top of it.
Will you fix what you find, or just report it?
Both options exist. The report includes a prioritised fix plan you can execute yourself, or we quote remediation support through our private packages. You choose after seeing the findings.
Do you audit single accounts or whole portfolios?
Both. Single-account audits are common before scaling seasons; portfolio audits cover linked exposure across marketplaces, processors and ad platforms.
What if the audit finds something suspension-level?
You get the finding, the risk ranking and the recommended fix immediately, not at report delivery. If enforcement is imminent, the case moves straight into our Rescue process.
